Coltin had lived in both Seaside and Astoria. Coltin loved going on walks on the beach with his dad. He loved SpongeBob and Mr. Potato Head. He enjoyed dancing to country music with his brother Dustin. He was an awesome little boy. Coltin will be loved and missed by all. He is survived by his father Greg Johnson of Seaside, Oregon.
