He enjoyed dancing to country music with his brother Dustin. He was an awesome little boy. Coltin will be loved and missed by all. He is survived by his father Greg Johnson of Seaside, Oregon. Mother Wendy Salsbury of Astoria, Oregon. Stepmother Mandy Jewell of Seaside, Oregon. Grandmother Lori Pena of Seaside, Oregon. Grandmother Sandra Seeberg of Astoria, Oregon. Uncle Matt Johnson of Seaside, Oregon. Cousins Christian and Ethan Johnson of Seaside, Oregon. Stepfather Jarrett Small of South Bend, Washington. Stepmother Glenda Small of South Bend, Washington. Brother Dustin Small of South Bend, Washington. Great Aunt Tina Taylor of Gig Harbor, Washington. Great Aunt Carrie Taylor of Gig Harbor, Washington. Great Uncle Skip Taylor of Warrenton. A memorial service will be held April 5, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Hughes-Ransom Mortuary in Seaside, Oregon. Memorial contributions may be made to SAVE Coalition Stop Abuse & Violence Everywhere.
