Vivian A Taylor

Vivian A. Vi Taylor, 90, of Seaside, died Sunday, Jan. 13, in Gladstone.
She was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Estacada, to Christian and Pearl Johnson.
She attended schools in Estacada.
In 1941, she married Harold Johnson. They later divorced.
In 1962, she married Virgel Taylor. He died earlier.
Mrs. Taylor was an office clerk, bookkeeper and secretary. She lived in Seaside for 30 years. She was a member of the Seaside Elks Lodge. Family members said she loved playing pinochle and working in her yard.
She is survived by a nephew, Robert Johnson of Gladstone; three grandchildren, including Mike Hansen of Westport; two stepgrandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
One brother and a daughter, Harriet Booth, died earlier.
Interment was at Ocean View Cemetery.
Hughes-Ransom Mortuary, Seaside, was in charge of arrangements.
