Barbara “Basia” Rittel was loved by so many. She was recently widowed by her husband Rick Rittel. They had a love story that is so touching, in which she came all the way from Poland to be with him. They were married for 25 happy years and she became a wonderful part of our family. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, spending time with her husband and dog, and being in nature. She was a fantastic cook. She was an amazing host and always made company feel comfortable and welcome! She was a sweetheart through and through. She will be missed greatly!
