Paul William Selvy Sr.

Paul William Selvy Sr. age 71, was called home to God on Jan. 11, 2022, in Astoria, Oregon. He was born December 01, 1950 in Torrence, California to William and Daisy Selvy.
Paul moved to Oregon when he was 21. He worked at Point Adams in Hammond, Oregon prior to owning and operating Pauls Professional Painting. He retired in 2010.
Paul was a kind man who had a heart of gold. He had a sense of humor and could put a smile on just about anyone's face. He loved animals and had dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens throughout the years. He told stories of riding horses when he was younger. Paul loved his family. He adored his wife, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Linda Selvy, whom he married in 1996. His children Kathy (Brian) James and Paul (Jessica) Selvy Jr. His step children Deone (Scott) Lahodny and Lissa (Mark) Maddox. His 10 grandchildren Chase, Ryleigh, Allikah, Malakai, Solomon, Alyssa, Ayden, Alexis, Jalen and Maysen and great grandchild Beckham. His siblings Edith Marshal, William (aka Bill) Selvy, Sylvia Morgan, Frankie Selvy, Kathy Breshears, Doris Selvy and Bud Selvy.
Paul is preceded in death by his wife Judy Lynn Selvy (Kelley) in 1993, step son Michael (Shane) Lahodny in 2015 and siblings Maryann, Barbara and Jimmy Selvy.
Services will be held February 5, 2022 at 1:00pm at Mission Christian Fellowship Church in Warrenton Oregon.
