Randall (Randy) Todd Dunn

Randy T. Dunn of Warrenton, Oregon, passed away at home on January 21, 2026. He was 64.

Randy was born in Redmond, Oregon on July 21, 1961, to Lonnie and Naomi Dunn. Randy moved to Astoria, Oregon in 1967 attending the Astoria School District before graduating in 1979. Randy married Michele Williams in 1984 and unfortunately, she passed away in 1993. Randy then married Orchid Kleber in 1994 who brought two daughters, Sky and Linsey, into the marriage. The two girls blessed Randy and Orchid with seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. These grandchildren called Randy “Papa” and he was extremely proud of them. Randy was a bona-fide family man. He loved Orchid unconditionally and called her his Best Friend. They shared many memories together fishing, camping, golfing, traveling, or quiet times together.

Randy worked in the Restaurant Industry for 45 years starting as a Bus Boy at the Astoria Red Lion Thunderbird Restaurant while attending High School. He worked at a few restaurants before his longtime career with the Pig ‘N Pancake Restaurant before retiring in 2020 as Restaurant Manager. His staff appreciated his Management Style. Randy enjoyed quality food and was an excellent Chef. Randy was a humble man with a big heart and could see value in everybody. Randy had an “Open Front Door” policy for those in need of something to eat, drink, or needing a friend. He cherished living on the Oregon Coast and enjoyed Fishing on the Columbia River, camping, golfing, and beach drives with his family, dogs, and friends. Randy followed the Portland Trailblazers and was a diehard Dallas Cowboy Fan.

Proceeding Randy in death were his parents Lonnie and Naomi Dunn and first wife Michele Williams all from Warrenton, Oregon. Surviving Randy is his wife Orchid Dunn of 31 years, daughters Sky Villiard and Lynsey McFadden (David), 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren all from Clatsop County. Brother Ron Dunn (Kim) from Days Creek, OR, brother Rick Dunn (Jewell) of Olympia, WA, and sister Tami Faist (Paul) of Aloha, OR.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for February 21, 2026, from 12-3pm at the Astoria Elks Lodge located at 453 11 th Street. At Randys’ request, please dress casual.
