Shirley Ann Frost (Dettmann-Jones)

Born April 11th 1945 in LaFayette Indiana to Tora and Matt Jones, where she was in the middle of the pack of 8 siblings, 4 boys and 4 girls

The family moved to the Pocatello Idaho area in her early years where she remained nearly her entire life so that she could stay close to siblings and family. As her health declined, she moved to Oregon to be with her daughter and spend her final years

Her independent journey began when she met and married Kenneth Dettmann. Their union created one Daughter and two sons, after divorcing she went on to date and Marry Dee Frost which lasted a few years. She decided she needed her independence and vowed to stay single. That lasted a couple more years until she met the true love of her life in William "Bill" Lockwood and though she refused to go through the process of marriage they both dedicated the rest of their lives together until Bills passing in 2011.

She spent years working at Lamb Weston and Simplot Aberdeen as well as waitressing in earlier years. She enjoying camping, playing cards and the one-armed bandit, soaking in the hot tub, and most of all family gatherings!

She is preceded in death by both parents and all of her siblings

Surviving relatives include her 3 children, their spouses and 6 Grandchildren among many Cousins, Niece's and Nephew's

She was loved by many and will be missed by all that were blessed with knowing her!!
